Yes. Connect the LetterAgent connector in Gemini, describe the letter you want sent, and Gemini will get you a per-letter quote with the page count verified. You approve the exact price, pay once through Stripe Checkout, and the letter is printed and mailed. Nothing sends without your approval: every letter is a separate quote and a separate yes from you.
| Step | What happens | What you do |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Connect | Gemini gains access to the LetterAgent connector (MCP) | Connect it once; it stays available for future letters |
| 2. Describe | You tell Gemini what the letter should say and who it's for | Type or dictate the contents and the recipient's address |
| 3. Quote | Gemini returns a per-letter quote with the page count verified | Review the price and the letter details |
| 4. Approve and pay | One-time Stripe Checkout payment, no account or subscription | Confirm the exact quoted price and pay |
| 5. Mailed | The letter is printed and posted with first-class postage | Nothing: ask Gemini for the job's status any time |
The whole exchange happens in conversation. You don't fill out forms, upload files through a portal, or create an account. Tell Gemini the letter like you'd tell a person: "Send a letter to my landlord at this address saying I'm giving 30 days' notice," and it handles the mechanics. The recipient needs a US or Canadian address; you, the sender, can be anywhere in the world.
Everything, every time. Gemini can't mail a letter on its own initiative: the flow has an approval gate built in. You see the per-letter quote, with the page count verified, before any payment happens, and you approve that exact price. Then you complete a one-time Stripe Checkout payment. No subscription, no stored card being charged later, no batch of letters going out because you asked for one.
This per-letter approval is the part people ask about most, because it answers the worry directly: no, Gemini won't surprise-mail anything. Each letter is its own quote, its own approval, its own payment. If you ask for changes to the letter after seeing the quote, Gemini requotes before anything moves forward.
The same limits as the service itself. Recipients must have US or Canadian addresses; letters to Europe or elsewhere aren't supported. The letter is printed on standard 8.5x11in paper, single-sided, in a double-window business envelope: no inserts, flyers, or extra documents in the envelope. And there's no guaranteed delivery date; it's first-class postage (or the fastest available non-express service), not a courier promise.
Within those limits, the range is wide: cancellation letters, complaints, landlord notices, thank-yous, business correspondence, anything a letter can say. Gemini drafts it with you, LetterAgent prints and mails it, and you never touch an envelope.
