Yes: where you are doesn't matter, only where the letter is going. An online mailing service prints and posts your letter inside the destination country: no local stamps, no printer, no foreign post office. You describe the letter to your AI assistant, approve the quote, pay by card online, and it enters the domestic mail stream back home.
You can, but it's awkward in ways people don't expect. A letter dropped in a foreign mailbox needs that country's postage and travels as international mail: slower and pricier than domestic. Your home-country stamps are useless in a foreign mailbox: a letter posted in Paris addressed to Chicago needs French postage, not US stamps. You'd also be dealing with unfamiliar rates, unfamiliar envelope sizes, and possibly a language barrier at the counter. For a one-off postcard that's part of the adventure; for a landlord letter with a deadline, it's a headache.
With LetterAgent, the sender can be anywhere in the world: only the recipient's address must be in the US or Canada. You chat with your AI assistant from wherever you are, approve the per-letter quote (USD for US letters, CAD for Canadian letters with applicable tax added at checkout), and pay once by card. The letter is then printed and mailed domestically at the destination. It looks and behaves like any local letter, because it is one: domestic postage, domestic delivery times, no customs forms. A letter containing only documents never needs a customs declaration: that's for goods and packages.

No. Payment is a one-time card payment through Stripe Checkout in your browser: no local currency, no local bank account, no foreign postage to buy. US letters are priced in USD and Canadian letters in CAD, and your card handles the conversion the way it does for any other online purchase.
LetterAgent letters go out in a double-window envelope: the recipient's address shows through one window and the sender's address through the other, which acts as the return address. Undeliverable mail comes back to that sender address. If you're abroad long-term, use whatever address you want returns to reach: your home-country address, a family member's, or a mail-forwarding service.
